Subscriber Agreement

Scope

This Subscriber Agreement governs registered accounts on Vexoris Development client portals and related subscriber services. It supplements our Terms of Service and any project-specific contract.

By registering or using a subscriber account, you agree to this Agreement.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. Account owners may invite team members where the portal supports it; owners remain responsible for invited users' compliance.

You may not share accounts, resell access, or use the portal for unlawful purposes.

Services and availability

The portal provides access to project information, files, billing, support, and related features as enabled for your account. Features may vary by care plan or engagement.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and updates may occur with reasonable notice where practicable.

Your data

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide portal services. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts for breach of this Agreement, non-payment where applicable, or security reasons. You may request account closure by contacting support.

Upon termination, access ends and data handling follows our retention practices and any project agreement.
