The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is EU law that protects the personal data and privacy of individuals in the European Union and the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies to our processing of your data—including when you use a Vexoris member account, dashboard, or client portal—we comply with its requirements. Under the GDPR we only process personal data where we have a valid legal basis, such as: your consent (including cookie choices); performance of a contract (e.g. operating your member account or delivering agreed project work); compliance with a legal obligation; or our legitimate interests (where they are not overridden by your rights), for example platform security and login verification.
